The basic rooms in the main wing were adequate. The decor looked a little dated. Breakfast buffet is good and early morning walks on the beach is fantastic! There are a few jellyfish washed up so you had to keep your eyes open. The beach area is well kept right in front of the hotel areas but got a little dirty further away. The higher priced areas (Regency Wing and little chalet type accommodations) looked great if you have the extra money. There is a shuttle bus taking guests into either Hua Hin or Cha Am.

The Cha-Am/ Hua Hin area is famous for its kilometers of white sand beach along the sunrise side of the Gulf of Siam. Located only two and a half hours drive from Bangkok or 15 minutes drive from Hua Hin International Airport. Shuttle flights are available between Bangkok International Airport and Hua Hin International Airport.

The Tea Tree Spa offers a range of therapies including reflexology. The resort also has a pet resort with 11 air conditioned rooms. The Resort comprises one of the largest convention and meeting centre in Cha-Am and Hua Hin with 16 meeting rooms the largest Ballroom with a capacity of 1500 people. The Lakeside Pavilion is an ideal location for exhibitions and banquets.
