The house is 5 kilometer outside of the center of Hua Hin and in a good neighborhood.
It’s 2 kilometer to the beach. The house is in a death end street If requested you can rent a 1 car or 1 motorbike. The house is comfortable for 6 people.

Electric is not included in the price and will be charge separate. We will collect a deposit of Baht 500 Euro for every rental and this amount is kept for unpaid bills or damages to the furniture’s or kitchenware.
The deposit is returned on departure after deduction if there are any.
Rent:
- Until October 31st: 950 Euro for one month
- 1100 Euro with room maid and laundry
- 400 Euro per week
- From November 1st: 1300 Euro for one month
- 1450 Euro with room maid service and laundry
- 500 Euro per week
- 1 Year rent = 10.000 Euro in advance
Optional:
- + 90 Euro for one motorbike
- + 500 Euro/month for a rental car

The condo is located 2 kilometer south of the city center with direct access to the beach. The condo has 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms, 1 living room and kitchen. The apartment is on the 4th floor with view from the balcony to the pool and garden. All rooms are furnished and with air condition. The security of this property is probably the best of all in Hua Hin.
Facilities
Now if it is already may and many of you starting to plan holidays for the time (winter) when it will be cold in Europe. But it is also wrong a wrong idea if you think the rainy season is only rain the whole day here in Hua Hin. Last year was no rain the whole rainy season.
The summer in Hua Hin is also very nice time. The April and May is a little bit hot but the rest of the time you have sun, beach and ocean for very nice holidays
